Ruby Tuesday

Very disappointed!!! After looking very closely at the online menu and ingredients they list for every meal, I felt that I could get a gluten free meal here safely. I was very clear on telling our waiter that I had a gluten allergy and that I could not have their fries since they are not gluten free because they’re cooked in with other breaded food. So I ordered a bake potato with my ribs. My order came to the table with fries under my ribs still, along with a bake potato. Spoke with the ‘Manger Mr. Mike’ who was the COOK too, he blamed the problem on Ruby Tuesdays ‘old’ system and said he did not get the change because of Ruby Tuesdays cook ticket system they have in place there. Manger/cook clearly not taking any responsible of this serious food mistake. I’m surprised that Ruby Tuesdays does not have a way to communicate food changes to cooks, seems wrong. If you have any food allergy’s I highly would NOT suggest this place ever.

We came here because of their Gluten Free options. Food tasted very good. The Service was great too and it was not crowded. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the table and chairs were a little sticky. But a good experience in general.
