Rum Point Club

Our family of 10 recently dined at Rum Point in Grand Cayman, and while the food and the beachfront atmosphere were absolutely spectacular, it was our server, Godwin, who truly made the experience stand out. From the moment we arrived, Godwin greeted us with the warmest welcome, instantly making us feel at home. One of our family members has celiac disease, and Godwin handled their dietary needs with the utmost care and attention. He was not only knowledgeable about gluten-free options but also went above and beyond to ensure that every item was safely prepared and served without any risk of cross-contamination. His attentiveness gave our family member complete peace of mind, which is something we deeply appreciated. Godwin was incredibly friendly, professional, and engaging throughout the meal. He offered fantastic recommendations for both food and drinks, and his genuine enthusiasm for his work really shone through. He anticipated our needs, kept everything running smoothly, and always made sure everyone at the table felt taken care of. The entire evening was a joy, from the stunning setting to the delicious cuisine, but it was Godwin’s outstanding customer service that truly set this place apart. He’s the kind of person who turns a great meal into a lasting memory. We left with full hearts (and full stomachs), already talking about how we can’t wait to return. If you’re visiting Rum Point, do yourself a favor and ask for Godwin. He’s a true gem!
