It's basically what you would expect. If you need gluten-free, be careful with trusting the menu or the wait staff. The menu says every waffle can be made gluten-free but many of them have gluten containing ingredients, and our waitress was not knowledgeable about that and somewhat dismissive until I pointed it out. Food was just okay. Eggs were pretty dry and bland. Waffles were as expected.

Our waitress was phenomenal. She knew everything about the menu and listened when I told her I was gluten free. The food was the best I’ve had on the island. I had the scallops and pork belly and it literally melted in my mouth. It was like tasting soul food for the first time. Absolutely delicious. They even brought out gluten free bread for me. Every dish I tried was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect. I will highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting grand cayman.

Had dinner here today with my family. Ardilles provided excellent service although he did forget my cocktail I ordered but by the time the food arrived I didn’t miss it. Food overall was OK, rice and beans sounded great but were lacking flavor. I had the grilled snapper which was cooked well but also lacked seasoning which the mango salsa it came with made up for it. My daughter ate her burger and fries in record time and my son loved the gluten free pizza. Thank you for offering gluten free options, this family appreciates it! Overall if I could I would give it a 4.5 and would definitely come back. If you have Ardilles as a server you are in good hands!

Great experience for dinner. Beautiful views of the sunset and clean inside. They label their menu with the gluten free offerings. I had the mango lobster salad which was not only delicious but a large portion along with the trio which was a perfect blend of seafood.

We had delicious dinners here twice while on vacation in one week! They were very accommodating about my daughter being gluten free. Lionfish tacos were yummy. Desserts were so good! Very cool to do the bird feeding at 5pm.
