So happy that they re-opened the restaurant. Almost no options for Chinese food in the Cayman Islands (without food colouring). The dan dan noodles, pork gyozas, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and egg tarts are our favourites. I believe they also have gluten-free noodle options for those that may have gluten sensitivity. I’m hoping they’ll expand the menu into more American-Chinese favourites like General Tso!

We went here for dinner tonight for my birthday. It's been my best meal on the island! I had the red braised brisket noodles (great) and pork dumplings (amazing!). My wife has Celiac, and they were very knowledgeable and able to accommodate with no issues. And to top it off, the prices were also very reasonable. We're already planning a return trip (maybe 2) before we leave.
