SCOLA CAFE

A hidden surprise which was recommended by a customer. They don't believe in publicity but great service. And rightly so Nestled in the prime location of sector 7 amongst the many speciality eateries Scola is a limited seated cafe. A notable mediterranean effect is visible in the decor and theme running all over. The menu is focused on Mediterranean cuisine but they are open to serve any food,if it's possible for them. One of the client with us was glucose and lactose intolerant so they went out of the way to serve all the dishes,of possible, to our choice. This gesture is highly appreciated when you consider a customer's preference as supreme and go all out. Pizza base was crusty and the toppings were all fresh with a generous sprinkling of the microgreens. There was no need to add any additive like chilly flakes, oregano or salt --- it was just perfect. Mezze platter had an assortment of dips -- most of us gluten and lactose free except for two. Pita bread was fresh and warm and just perfect. . I just wish the presentation was more interesting and visibly appealing. All the three coolers were fresh and just perfect. I would personally recommend cucumber mint . Decadent chocolate cake was just too good -- melted in the mouth. Absolutely perfect. Hot chocolate which is highly recommended in the reviews are certainly not a disappointment. Right consistency and great taste. The staff here is very aware of the menu and are very sincere and truthful. Wish a little awareness about the origin or other minor queries of a customer -- they should be briefed. Something important like the meaning of Scola. Overall it was a great culinary experience at Scola.

Excellent food! One place that serves gluten free food readily. I'm in absolute awe of their gluten free pizzas. Fresh and full of flavour! The gluten free base is one of a kind- soft, fresh and light! The cappuccino is brilliant as well! Courteous and understanding staff that understands the requirements of maintaining gluten free hygiene for coeliac disease patients. Absolutely delightful experience. Must visit!
