I’ve been to multiple locations based on various places I’ve lived in the DMV area, and each one has been great. I came here when I needed a last minute dinner, and just like all the other locations, the employees are chill, the food is fresh and delicious, and there are plenty of options from the build your own bowl, ordering ones they already have on their menu, or even their version of a burrito made with seaweed instead of a tortilla. A big plus for me is that everything is gluten free. As some with celiac disease, and has very violent and severe reactions from the smallest amount of cross contamination, places like SEOULSPICE is a gem. I’ve only been able to find locations in the DMV area, so I certainly don’t take it for granted. It is far more safe for me to eat here, and if you like the build your own bowl experience and are willing to try something new, I’d say it is significantly better than Chipotle. If you are vegetarian, I would ask questions about how they prepare their tofu (whether or not it is prepared separately from the meat protein options). They have 7 veggie options (you can choose as many as you want) but I would check their online menu to make sure you like the options they have. They also have toppings that are all vegetarian, and they have add-ons, one of which is avocado if you like it or want an add-on. There are more options with drinks and even individually packaged gluten free cookies (at least at all the locations I’ve been to) It’s safe to say this is my go-to.

Absolutely great gluten free food! I've never tried Korean food before and I can be a bit of a picky eater but I loved everything. I had the Classic and Seoul train bowl.

Lots of different options, veg, beef, chicken, most are gluten-free. I decided on the kimchi krunch bowl, fresh ingredients, good taste and everything worked well together. The staff was very friendly. Side note- I've been going to a lot of restaurants lately(despite what you're told, I'm not rich. I just travel a lot for work) and the dining areas have been a mess! I don't understand it... wipe a table down! No different here.. I did enjoy watching the doordash desperado gang out front. Despite the messy, I still recommend you stop in!
