Items are clearly labelled Gluten Free vs Not Gluten Free, including fried items (Like the GF kara-age). However, a shared fryer is used, making this item not truly gluten free. This is a very dangerous claim for people with celiac - this should not be labeled gluten free unless a separate fryer is used.
