We stopped by SaBella’s because Beau Jo’s Deck was full (Note: We only went for the river ambience more than the over priced pizza) From the first bite, it was clear this place takes pizza seriously. We tried Shawn’s House and the Hawaiian Kick, and both were absolutely incredible in their own unique ways.
Shawn’s House is something special — it’s layered with flavor. The pesto, roasted garlic, chicken, and basil combo is rich without being overwhelming, and that crust? Perfectly chewy, with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. Every bite felt like it was crafted with care. If you like bold and savory, this one’s a must.
Then there’s the Hawaiian Kick — a wild card that totally delivered. It’s got that sweet pineapple base you’d expect, but with a spicy twist that sneaks up on you in the best way. It’s sweet, spicy, cheesy, and ridiculously satisfying.
The vibe at SaBella’s is super down-to-earth. Small space, friendly people, and everything felt personal — like you were grabbing a slice in a mountain town run by your friends. You can tell the team cares about their food and their customers. Even the gluten-free options looked amazing.
Bottom line: if you’re in Evergreen or even remotely nearby, go to SaBella’s. It’s that good. Whether you’re a pizza purist or love a creative twist, you’ll find something to love. Just be warned — it might ruin all other pizza for you. (Aka Beau Jo’s)
