Sabatino's Italian Ristorante

I've been averse to Italian for a while because of my diet but they have so many good non-pasta options and gluten free. It's a great place that still has healthier options. What a great ambiance, amazing food and very reasonable prices. We've had Taylor as a waiter a couple times and he's great. Thanks Taylor for an exceptional experience each time.

Awesome food, amazing service. They always go above and beyond. Food is delicious, highly recommend any of the cream based sauces as they are works of culinary art. Gluten free options are also plentiful, with a well informed and caring staff when it comes to allergy awareness. On the service level, you can tell that the owner empowers his employees to make autonomous decisions when it comes to ensuring amazing guest experiences. I spilled a glass of wine after a few sips and a replacement was on my table before I even got back from the restroom. The only thing that I personally would change AT ALL about the business is the presence of the television on the wall. This is a fairly intimate restaurant with amazing food, it really doesn't need a TV and it kind of was a distraction from the intimacy the rest of the restaurant serves to build. But I can totally see it belonging on the OTHER attached restaurant, Pizza by Sabatino's. Regardless, Sabatinos is now my go-to for Italian in Rapid City, nobody staying in the area should leave without trying it!
