Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House & Sushi Bar

Unbelievable, I guess feeling right about something is more important than customer service. There was a problem with my order due to allergies and instead of remaking the food the manager kept insisting emphatically that she will not re-make food because it was my husband’s fault for not saying gluten free when everything he ordered was gluten free and then they slapped noodles on top of it. She literally asked my husband when he ordered if he wanted noodles or rice to which he replied no noodles just rice….but she cannot admit that she is wrong and just remake the food that we paid for that I cannot safely eat. So sad because we’ve been going here for 20 years. And she says she’s been working there for 20 years….fun fact 20 years ago they in fact did not put noodles on everything. And every other time we’ve been we’ve said no noodles and received no noodles. Guess we’ll have to find another hibachi spot. Absolutely absurd!

Incredible hibachi! They were able to cater to my gluten-free/celiac and did an awesome job. The portions were huge and it was very delicious! I very much enjoyed the soup and salad and I got chicken and fried rice and veggies and had enough for leftovers!
