The chef and server were very helpful BUT please know that they use the same waffle iron for GF and regular waffles. It also sounds like they normally use a shared griddle as well. The chef was able to accommodate my son (celiac) by using a different pan for pancakes, but I don’t think this is normally a safe spot for celiacs. It’s a shame because the food was delicious; I wish they’d invest in better precautions.

Tonight, I was enthusiastically served by Ariel, who is a great comedic in her own right. She had the knowledge and the speed of any server I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She was able to go above and beyond making me a mango sweet tea for my birthday outing with my husband. Both our meals were just PERFECT and I know that has to do with the chef team, but it starts with her abilities in making the right order. We had delightful conversations during the wait.
She even complimented me and that's always so special.
My lemon cake, which I just finished and was AMAZING.
So here's the deal, this is to the managing partners, supervisors and managers, Ariel is a super star employee and I beseech you to award her and the other lovely humans working there tonight a day off and a raise for their above and beyond service that keeps people like me coming back.
