Great to see this place reopened! Outstanding freshly made pasta and pizza. And plenty of gluten free options including handmade GF pasta, zoodles and risotto.

Absolutely epic Italian on Maui, greatly surpassing expectations. All their pasta is home made from scratch and you can taste the difference in every bite. had a special rigatoni creation with the most creamy, delicious saffron sauce, and with the tender mushrooms mixed in, every bite just melted in my mouth. Their pizza was almost equally as good, but that's just because the pasta was so outstanding. Extra points for the gluten free offerings, they do a zucchini-based one which my wife really enjoyed. Service was great, and they really create a polished experience. Only knock was they aren't super kid-friendly in terms of their setup or menu, but they tried to improvise their best. Will definitely return.
