Salsa on the Rock Fresh Mexican Grill

This is a great local restaurant. The food is always good, as is the service. It's a small place and can be busy on the weekends. Some dishes can run out on busy nights. They offer a gluten-free menu.

This is our favorite Mexican spot in the Springs! My grandson always asks for the cheese dip and the kid’s fish meal. We love the appetizer nachos with chicken and the mahi fish on rice with the sauted vegetables. Happy hour is great there too, especially on Mondays. They also have a gluten- free menu. Love this place!

My wife has celiac so going out to eat can be tough. We asked for their gluten free menu after seeing it online and our waitress immediately told us the chips are cross contaminated and offered to bring out sliced bell peppers and separate salsa containers for my wife. She was very knowledgeable about what items would be safe and helped us feel very comfortable eating there. Excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent service. So glad we found a Mexican restaurant that feels safe for us!
