First time here and what a fun place ! I like the variety of baked goods as well as the made to order menu items . They have a good selections of drinks you can order as well ! Food was good And quality ingredients , It was great to feel safe to eat knowing this place is 100% Gluteen free as well as some of the top allergens .

Overall Rating 4.5 Urban Egg is that brunch spot if you're in Colorado Springs. The vibe is welcoming, the menu is stacked with unique options (including GF-friendly ones), and the staff? 10/10. I ordered The Cure (it's a pineapple, vanilla, OJ, coconut water bev) and yes, it did cure me. Light, refreshing,, juicy, and not overly sweet. Also had the hazelnut cold brew, which was super tasty and gave me life. For food, we went with the Denver Bot Chicken Benedict Bliss. Originally thought it could be made gluten-free and was sad it couldn’t be, but they baked it for me instead and it was still so good. The flavors were spot on, and now I’m just out here dreaming of a GF version with that crispy fried batter. Manifesting that for next time. Also tried the Ultimate Breakfast Sando with turkey bacon + avo. Solid sandwich, but I’m a thick sourdough or croissant for breakfast sando kinda person, so the bread wasn't exactly my thing. Still tasty, just a personal preference. Overall: amazing staff, thoughtful menu, and tons of great GF options. Which isn’t always easy to find. Would def come back (and next time I’m trying a pancake flight).

We have been very fortunate to have Jennifer h. As our server. We don't frequent urban egg a lot . However the last 3 visits we have had our food served by Jennifer. She remembers my gluten allergy and my husband's spicy tastes. She is always helpful and patient even in a rush in the very busy morning . She is a bright spot in the midst of the noise of the cafe. She is an asset to.the restaurant and company. I gave a 3 for atmosphere due to the noise of customers which I understand is because the food is so delicious !

We went around lunch time, not busy at all. We only ordered dessert, as we don’t like cheese or the entree offerings. This was our first time visiting The Melting Pot in over 7 years, I was surprised that they offer gluten free items—this was a good surprised. One Haven is the only cafe I’ve found in Colorado Springs where everything is entirely gluten-free. When I came here to get dinner and I found out every thing on the menu was celiac safe, I almost cried. And the prices were reasonable. The cafe is open late for people who want to hang out or play table top games and they sell handmade things like 3D printed stuff. And they play Lord of the Rings lofi in the background, which makes the vibes immaculate. I’m literally so happy this place exists and I will definitely be back!

As someone with celiac disease, finding a truly gluten-free restaurant where I can eat without worry is rare — but this place absolutely blew me away! Dedicated waffle iron but the server said they offer gluten sensitive and not gf. I confirmed eggs are not cooked on shared service. I got the gf waffle with eggs etc. When served the waitress did not confirm it was GF nor was it marked with a stick or anything but as soon as I took a bite I knew it was GF. It had a cornbread flavor vs Belgium waffle taste but it wasn’t bad. I have celiac but I am not sensitive so I can’t be a good judge of cc. I’d recommend for gluten free but if you have celiac just be mindful of the cc risk and ask lots of questions.

Very warm welcome. People of all ages were here, and it was a genuine space. I am a very picky eater, it was my first time trying this food which I usually don't do. I had gotten my driver's license next door and was hungry! I got the burrito with sausage. Super yummy! Would try again if I get the chance. They also had a small little window for baked goods, I think I'll try the cinnamon roll next time. They had veggie quiche & gluten free options in the bakery window as well! It was $11 give or take for my burrito!

We have always had the best gluten free crepes here! You can get either garbanzo or buckwheat batter and choose your choice of filling. The menu has so many fantastic options. You will not be disappointed!! Highly recommend bc we are a Celiac family and have never gotten sick here! Can’t say that for all places on this app.

We love the big breakfast at Bon Ton Cafe! We enjoy sitting out on the sunny front patio. The service is always excellent, as is the food. They have gluten free pancakes!

So glad that me and my husband gave this place a try! When we picked up the staff were so nice and food was ready when we got there. My half salad was still super filling and the chickpea pizza crust was a great alternative for my gluten free husband. We will be back:)

I had the carnitas omelette as a scramble with the best gluten free toast I've ever had. The scramble was gigantic and had an acceptable amount of carnitas in it. My husband had the rancher omelette and it looked to have a large amount of meat. The side of fruit was a nice end to the meal. My only feedback is that they should have cream in little pitchers instead of small disposable plastic containers.

Fantastic place for a variety of delicious fare! I stopped here for the first time today! My only regret is I NEVER stopped to eat here before today! I ordered the "DRAGON" breakfast choice and they made it gluten free for me because I suffer from severe Celiacs disease!! The food was a very generous portion of absolutely amazing food! I will definitely be back here! Additionally, I ordered the hot vanilla caramel latte coffee and it was delectable and satisfying!!! 10 stars out of 5 for sure! The employees are kind, professional and helpful...they also offer a "Real sugar soda" machine!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Switchbacks is a cute coffee shop with a surprising amount of gluten free and dairy free options. They have gluten free bread for toast, gluten free granola, and other options. The staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contact and was happy to modify dishes if needed.

Gluten-intolerants/celiacs stay away! My partner and I chose this pub because the menu was clearly labeled for food allergies, so we thought it would be safe — NO. We ordered GF items but weren’t feeling well before we left the restaurant and spent the next 1.5 days sick, nauseous and in pain. Absolutely horrible! And the food itself was subpar — very oily and bland. I’m not sure what happened but we definitely won’t be back. PS We aren’t celiacs, but are gluten intolerant. Not a fan of leaving poor reviews, but I’d never want someone else to get this sick!

On May 26 2024, we had the pleasure to stop in for a amazing dinner, the Manager(red vest) was very nice. But we almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Nick was his name and he was phenomenal. He catered to the both of us equally. The other gluten sensitive issues, He was prompt, smart, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us both happy. By the end of our dinner, two of us said, "He's the best waiter we've had in a very long time.
