I ordered takeout while visiting from out of town. I accidentally ordered pickup but because I was at a conference I couldn’t leave to pick it up. I called and the kind owner Monse picked up and told me she’d deliver my food herself. Which she of course did.
The food was wonderful! Filled with flavor. I wish I lived closer and could come back. I had one beef and cheese pupusa, one beef and cheese pupusa, and rice.
Service was top notch of course.
And to top it off all off, as someone who needs gluten free food, finding this place with authentic, amazing safe food was the highlight of my trip.
Discover a delightful spot where allergen-friendly treats taste fantastic, from beautiful cakes to scrumptious pastries, all made with care and quality ingredients.

They have a gluten free menu you can request that also indicates options for avoiding soy, corn and coconut and everything is dairy free and plant based. They have gluten free desserts from local gluten free bakeries and are happy to modify dishes as needed for additional allergens. Their cocktails are also AMAZING!

If you’re looking for a quick, convenient bite while exploring downtown Colorado Springs, this is a great spot to stop for breakfast or lunch. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and they have which options can be gluten free marked on the menu. They also indicate when gluten & dairy free is not possible. It is a shared kitchen but they are careful with cross contact, including making the gluten free baked goods with fresh equipment and ingredients and baking at a different time.
Unbelievable spot that’s like a mini Europe in your backyard, offering an extraordinary journey of flavors, aromas, and even Dutch souvenirs.

Deliciousness!! We tried all the gf sweet treats, and all were excellent! Eclairs were my favorite! They were so beautifully made and presented. Culinary perfection, and the coffees and lattes are all wonderful too!

If you’re looking for a higher-end spot to eat in downtown Colorado Springs, this market is a yummy spot. Their menu indicates what dishes can be made gluten free and the staff seemed aware of cross contact. They also have many grab and go options, some of which are gluten free.

Iconic downtown eatery and bookstore. Great menu with a good variety of options with multiple choices for individuals looking for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. A variety of daily soups as well but honesty I’ve never ventured from my first meal there years ago which was the #1 pizza special with a 3-topping slice of your choice, a top notch house salad and a drink. It’s consistently amazing! Also theres a hidden patio in the back when its nice out!
Expect a lively atmosphere with quick seating and a welcoming vibe, perfect for enjoying great options and meeting new friends!

Today was our first visit to this restaurant. The service was excellent, food was great. We have gluten and dairy allergies. The waitress not only was knowledgeable on the menu, but marked our allergies very prominently on the order so that they wouldn't be missed. We were quite impressed.

This is a great local restaurant. The food is always good, as is the service. It's a small place and can be busy on the weekends. Some dishes can run out on busy nights. They offer a gluten-free menu.
A unique spot that's a bit pricey but worth it for the outstanding service and positive experience, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Always a special and amazing experience! The courses can be ordered a la carte or as a 4-course meal consisting of cheese fondue, salad, main entree (wide selection) with desired cooking pot, and dessert fondue. *Gluten Free and vegetarian options available. Bear in mind that you will spend at least 1-1.5 hours here if going through a full 4-course meal.
The food is outstanding, well-prepared, and paired with an amazing selection of sauces (7 different sauces) to enhance flavor. The entree food is given all at once and is portioned for individual cooking (you do it yourself). The experience is easy, with dippers and cook times provided. I recommend the herb-crusted chicken and teriyaki marinated steak!
The drinks are fantastic! Each drink is mixed well with options for every taste.
The service has always been outstanding. The wait staff and managers check often and are open to inquiries and feedback. I had Isiah the last time I went and he was interactive and offered pristine attention to detail.
The decor and ambiance is great for romantic, celebratory, or causal encounters. The Melting pot can cater to whatever occasion and offers a variety of add-ons to find that special something.
I’ve been to the melting pot many times, never have I been disappointed.
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with tasty dishes, attentive service, and great prices, making it a perfect spot for breakfast gatherings.

Truly exceptional, the gluten-free menu has many choices, and everything was so fresh and seasoned just right. I would have loved to try dessert, but I was too full to order any. Proportions are definitely filling. The wait staff are very friendly, although we did have to ask for refills a couple of times.

I REALLY wanted to like this place, and while I didn’t personally liked it, I will still recommended to others that are Celiac or follow a gluten free diet. This place is Celiac safe and that is hard to find, so their effort to create a safe environment is greatly appreciated.
The establishment offers plenty of seating, enough to accommodate a decent size group. It has an inviting and friendly atmosphere and a variety of board games to pass time.
The food and coffee were not my cup of tea. They have a limited menu, especially for those that enjoy common breakfast foods. However, they do offer a nice variety of pastry options—I highly recommend their brownies. I ordered a mocha and it was not what I expected…it had a weird taste to it.
Overall, this coffee shop was not for me, but you should still give it a shot if you’re in the area—especially if you have dietary restrictions.

This place is happiness. The best Gluten-free free option you can find! Especially for crepes. They have Buckwheat and Garbanzo crepes options available for GF. Everything on the menu is delectable. You order first, then find a seat. The staff is wonderful, kind, excellent at cooking, and seem to love working there. We ordered the Mushroom Crepe, Carribean crepe, Italian crepe (to go), Deluxe breakfast crepe and Le Reve de la Femme - all being on Garbonzo crepes. They. Were. Heaven. The flavors were spot on, well balanced, beautifully displayed, and everything I remembered and hoped for.
Wheelchair accessible. You can pay by card for certain, unsure if they accept cash. The music was beautiful, relaxing, and made the ambiance. I really felt like I was back in France.
There is 1 all use bathroom, while the second one is being remodeled; wash stand outside of bathroom as well. There are Ceiling Fans that help with good air flow. Seating also available outside front and out back. There are 4 or 5 Parking spots in front, but if you take the side alley there in between Paris Crepes and The Holey Grail, there is a large parking lot in the back
This has been one of my favorite places and I was sad to leave the area 9 years ago. I was very excited and thankful to see this wonderful restaurant still open when I came back to visit! It might have changed locations while I have been gone, but the quality and flavor are still there. I ALWAYS recommend this place to any friends going through or moving to the area. I laughed when I saw a napkin from another customer who has similar sentiments to me! If I live here again, I would be a weekly customer.
Enjoy a vibrant spot with a charming atmosphere, where the menu offers creative and accommodating choices that impress everyone.

So glad that me and my husband gave this place a try! When we picked up the staff were so nice and food was ready when we got there. My half salad was still super filling and the chickpea pizza crust was a great alternative for my gluten free husband. We will be back:)

I had the carnitas omelette as a scramble with the best gluten free toast I've ever had. The scramble was gigantic and had an acceptable amount of carnitas in it. My husband had the rancher omelette and it looked to have a large amount of meat. The side of fruit was a nice end to the meal. My only feedback is that they should have cream in little pitchers instead of small disposable plastic containers.
Big menu with lots of choices, solid outdoor vibe, and a casual atmosphere, but don’t expect anything too unique or groundbreaking here.

Pricy but delicious place for breakfast or lunch! We got the gluten free French toast flight which they make with canyon bakehouse white bread + their breakfast bowls that are naturally gluten free. They cook gluten free orders in a different area of the griddle, change gloves and modify dishes as needed to ensure they are gluten free.

On May 26 2024, we had the pleasure to stop in for a amazing dinner, the Manager(red vest) was very nice. But we almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Nick was his name and he was phenomenal. He catered to the both of us equally. The other gluten sensitive issues, He was prompt, smart, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us both happy. By the end of our dinner, two of us said, "He's the best waiter we've had in a very long time.

Gluten-intolerants/celiacs stay away! My partner and I chose this pub because the menu was clearly labeled for food allergies, so we thought it would be safe — NO. We ordered GF items but weren’t feeling well before we left the restaurant and spent the next 1.5 days sick, nauseous and in pain. Absolutely horrible! And the food itself was subpar — very oily and bland. I’m not sure what happened but we definitely won’t be back. PS We aren’t celiacs, but are gluten intolerant. Not a fan of leaving poor reviews, but I’d never want someone else to get this sick!

I am gluten free and I told the lady that taking orders. I asked for gluten free French onion soup. She didn't write it down so the chef put bread with my soup. I questioned the chef why and she said the front desk lady didn't write gluten free. If you are gluten free, do not go here. They don't pay attention! I reminded her that people can be hospitalized from eating gluten if they are celiac and she didn't care! HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE!
I can't say enough about this place. I'm vegetarian and I recently found out that I'm gluten sensitive. I thought I was out of luck when it came to Mexican food. Then, I found this place. I left full, happy, and I doesn't even have to break the bank. Even better, my whole family loved the food. We will definitely be back.

It’s exactly what you’d expect from a good old fashioned southern mom and pop diner: generous portions made from scratch with a bustling atmosphere.
Breakfast was made from scratch (good gluten free options available). The cinnamon roll was not the best I’ve ever had, I dislike cream cheese icing on my cinnamon rolls (it’s not natural!). The chicken fried chicken was cooked perfectly and enriched with flavor. Biscuits were too fluffy, not enough crunch in the biscuits and flavor in the gravy for my taste.
Seating is limited with a first come first served system. There are booths lining the walls of the restaurant with community tables that are shared among all persons in the middle. Wait times could be stretched as the establishment isn’t robust.
The wait staff does their best to keep up and are friendly but demand can outpace supply very quickly.
Overall Sandy’s decent food, small town vibe, and ease of access makes it a good place to eat.
