Quick review: Not for the gluten intolerant. Overrated. I've gone here three times and have been very disappointed every time. For example, on no occasion was I able to get something chocolate that didn't have gluten in it. The first time I went, I was told that fact, and so I asked for a chocolate milkshake, which I discovered after purchasing sitting in car was made with chocolate brownie ice-cream. Duh! The last time I went was the same situation, and so I got a scoop of vanilla with chocolate syrup. The texture was really good, but the flavor was really lacking, as was the chocolate syrup. This place appears great, with really cool sounding flavors, but it just doesn't deliver.

No Organic options so only 4-star. S&S is a great local chain with plenty of delicious flavor combos with options for gluten free & vegan peeps. I really appreciated the use of real spoons for sampling to cut down on waste. For optimal results go during off hours when wait times are minimal. Easy to see why they are so popular. Highly recommend the waffle cones. They’re nice and tough and absolutely delicious. Pro-tip: during peak business (any time the line is around the outside of the building), don’t bother parking in the main parking lot. Plenty of room across the street on all sides.
