Salt delivered on every level. I started with a perfectly made dirty martini, and those blue cheese-stuffed olives were a standout. For dinner, I had the lamb lollipops, and they were tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated. We shared the charcuterie board, which was not only high quality but also had gluten-free crackers, a detail I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a restaurant that offers such great gluten-free options without compromising flavor or presentation. Service was top-notch, the atmosphere was relaxed yet upscale, and I left genuinely impressed. Salt is far more than a hotel restaurant. The crab claws were, without question, the best I’ve ever had, perfectly seasoned and infused with unforgettable flavor. We started with a luscious charcuterie board, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of upscale cheeses, meats, and crackers. It was the perfect size to share, and I was impressed by the gluten-free options available for my husband. Every dish at our table was presented beautifully, elevating the entire experience. The cocktails were delicious. Amanda, our server, was exceptional. From start to finish, the service and food were top-tier. Salt is far from your typical “hotel restaurant.” It’s a true culinary destination on Pensacola Beach. We felt pampered and delighted, and we’ll absolutely be back for another unforgettable evening.
