We love this place and come often! Every house-made sauce they have on the menu is Gluten Free! You can choose Chickpea Pasta or Zucchini Noodles. Almost anything can be made GF and they are very accommodating and knowledgeable! You can tell they frequent a GF crowd here. The fries here are the best fries I think i've ever had! However, the fryer is not a dedicated GF fryer.

The wait staff was so friendly, the suggestions of what to eat were spot on. This is some homemade authentic Italian food. The have gluten friendly, vegan friendly, and keto friendly food all over the menu. The atmosphere was super clean and romantic. I will enjoy coming to Salvatore's for years to come.

The food here was pretty disappointing. As visiting southerners, the food is very bland. I ordered the caprese pasta with chicken and the only thing in the plate that had any flavor was the chicken. My mom got the gluten free zucchini noodles which was just zucchini cut in a spiral (?) with read sauce and shrimp. Her food also had no flavor. The best thing I ate here was the bread. Customer service was excellent though! We were very well attended to by Kayla. She was great!
