Sam's Chop House

We picked Sam’s Chop House for our first night in Manchester and it was the perfect choice. We wanted some proper local food, plus one of our friends has a gluten allergy, and they promised on their website they could accommodate it—which they did, no problem at all. The food was amazing and came out quickly, but what really made the experience was the service. Our waitress, Jaye, was an absolute gem—super friendly, attentive and even took the time to give us some great recommendations for drinks afterward, even if the restaurant was packed and we noticed she was super busy. As tourists, that extra touch made all the difference. If you’re in Manchester and want great British food with top-tier service, this is the place to go. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to our trip!

I need to eat a gluten free diet, so I was amazed seeing how much of the menu is labelled gluten free without asking to see a separate gf menu.... hot pot tasted so delicious and such a large portion with so much meat! I left feeling very satisfied will definitely eat here again.
