One of the best gluten free sandwiches in Portland. I had a Teagan with turkey and added avocado and giardiniera. A little on the messy side, but who cares. The GF bread held together really well, and I think it was placed in the griddle with a little butter. Such a nice touch. A little pricey for what feels like a super casual spot ($20 after adding GF bread) but the flavor?? Worth it. 10/10 will be back again.

Had a gluten free timbo and sipped the beef dipping sauce on the side since gf bread everywhere falls apart easily. The sandwich was delicious with the extra side of giardiniera sauce ($1 on the menu). Be aware that a sandwich also “comes with” a side salad or other options and when it’s all said and done, the sandwich will have cost you $23 including a $1 tip. This pricing is not visible on the menu. Great place and people though
