Sapporo | Japanese Steakhouse

We were passing through Rock Springs, WY on a cross-country road trip and stopped here for dinner. I’m celiac, and really appreciated the well-labeled menu for gluten free options. (Bonus: we charged our car at the Tesla supercharger in the parking lot while we ate.) Our waiter was very friendly and mindful of my gluten free needs. It felt so nice to be treated with care and not feel like an inconvenience (as is the case with many restaurants). Our food came out very quickly, and every single staff member was so kind and welcoming. We had no idea we’d find such a great GF dining option in rural Wyoming, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious in town!

Friendly and attentive staff. Tender chicken and scallops. Gluten free available by request. A++ ended up here randomly traveling through the state. The prices are absolutely affordable and you get a great value for your dollar here! Soup and salad rice and veggie included with entree. The best part of my travel day! 😋 Yum
