Our waitress was knowledgeable about what was celiac safe or not. The burgers are big but not very flavorful. The fries were cold.
It took 1 hr 15 mins after ordering for them to serve our 3 burgers and hot dog. Totally understand that it's not a fast food restaurant (as stated by their sign at the door, so it seems excessive wait times are a common complaint), and coming from a small town we're very patient patrons, but that long of a wait time is unnecessary. If there had been another celiac-safe restaurant in the area, we would have left and gone elsewhere.
Just a heads-up for anyone traveling, their parking lot is fine for normal vehicles but parking for campers, RVs, trailers etc. in the area is extremely limited.

The service was slow when we first got there, but we realized that the people in front of us were getting a bunch of take out. After they left we were in and out quick. The brisket, polish sausage and pork were delicious. Quite a few safe gluten free options

Stopped here as the other reviews were good. The person working did not speak English so we used a translation app instead. Even with the translation assistance the staff member indicated there was no gf soy sauce or menu options available. We had to leave to eat elsewhere. Sad to not be able to get some Thai food but couldn’t risk it unfortunately. The server was very nice! He just clearly did not understand what we needed.

I have a gluten sensitivity and asked if any of were any fried rice noodles dishes that did have soy sauce or gluten and told pointed at the pad Thai it has to be the best pad Thai noodles I have ever had and they came out super quick! I was also very impressed with the staff! Thank you guy so much and I will be eating there again soon!
