Sarmentine - Organic French Bakery

Absolutely scrumptious gluten-free options! OMG!!! I have to willfully stop myself from going there everyday. The only thing I'd recommend is reversing where you enter the ordering line, and starting it at the coffee bar to the left as you enter the door. People don't read where to enter the line (the feet stickers helped, but I still got snarked at when two ladies didn't see them), and then they get mad when they aren't helped in the order that they arrived. Plus, folks want to see what you have, and with the way the line is structured now, you're only allowed to checkout the display as you're ordering and not before. It's confusing. Otherwise 100 stars!!!

This is the second time I rceived as a gift the gluten free olive baguette but today the inside was uncooked. Sticky and raw. I am sure this bread is very expensive. But even if it's not it should still be perfect. I called and even though the message says that they are availabe at the time I called no one answered the phone . I was dissapointed since I have celiac and just made a great breakfest but the most importand part in my opinion is the bread and thats a bummer.
