Sarmentine - Organic French Bakery

Every time I go to Sarmentine, I am greeted with the kindest staff! I’m so grateful that they opened in Petaluma and have gluten-free options. The favorite treat is to grab the Olive baguette French butter. It is absolutely delicious.

Absolutely scrumptious gluten-free options! OMG!!! I have to willfully stop myself from going there everyday. The only thing I'd recommend is reversing where you enter the ordering line, and starting it at the coffee bar to the left as you enter the door. People don't read where to enter the line (the feet stickers helped, but I still got snarked at when two ladies didn't see them), and then they get mad when they aren't helped in the order that they arrived. Plus, folks want to see what you have, and with the way the line is structured now, you're only allowed to checkout the display as you're ordering and not before. It's confusing. Otherwise 100 stars!!!
