I can’t say enough good things about this bakery! Everything I have tried has been amazing, you’d never know they’re gluten-free! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! The shop itself is cozy and inviting, with a delightful aroma of fresh bakes in the air. The gluten free Banana Bread was so very tasty. I will definitely trade a slightly different texture for healthy eating. On the sweeter side, the blueberry muffin has "grandmaw's touch" the carmelized crunchy sugar coating took me back! They are the first shop in Indiana to offer FLIGHTS OF WRANGLER COFFEE! WOW!
