Sauce Pizza & Wine

First time going to Sauce and it was a great experience! It is a walk and order establishment. I got the summer deal with the veggie salad (sounds bland but is actually to die for), and the blanco pizza on a gluten free crust! The salad, as I said, was delicious and fresh, not just a bed of lettuce with toppings but truly curated! The pizza (part of their summer collection) was so light and delicious, making it not a super dense meal but one that makes you feel nourished! On top of that I got the house white wine, which I would describe as medium sweetness, not strongly leaning either way, and having floral after notes! Not to mention the staff was incredibly friendly! I bet my friend by a good 15 minutes and just talked with the staff the whole time! Would recommend you try this place out!!

Got the pasta, red sauce, and mozzarella. Pretty tasty. Though I didn't do it, I do like how you can substitute for gluten-free pasta and make the pizza vegan.
