Just passing through town and saw they had gluten-free pizza and pasta. I have celiac disease and have been gluten-free for many years. So I know what gf can taste like if it is done properly. These people have no clue, they do not care if their GF food taste good. I sent the pasta back because it was undercooked only to receive another bowl of undercooked pasta that I didn't eat, left on my table. Do you not try the noodles if someone complains? Pro tip, gf noodles are cooked longer than regular noodles, everyone knows that. Their sauce is so bland. It was just watery tomato sauce. Then the gluten-free pizza was one of the worst I've ever had. The crust was like a charred cracker. Most of it was burnt black and uneadible. I gave it 2 stars because the cashier was nice but the manager, wow, dude I get it you seem stressed, but you have a lot to learn about customer service. Like telling him the soda dispenser was only pouring water, no soda, he said, "ok" and didn't even look at me. Not a hey let's take care of that and I'll let ya know when it's fixed. Nope. Nothing.
