Sawyer & Co

I stopped by for some coffee and a quick bite with my dog while waiting on my vet appointment and we were warmly greeted and welcomed in by Stephen and the Sawyer & Co team. I ordered the gluten free waffle and amethyst matcha, both very good! I was kindly given a blueberry pancake made by Chef Rafael to take home, it was delicious. I really enjoyed Sawyer & Co and felt such tremendous hospitality for the short time I was there by everyone. Thank you for everything, I will be back!

Ordered the salmon lox with arugula and a poached egg. If you have had this before don’t get it here. The herbed cream cheese was plain, five slivers of salmon on top and the poached egg was so rubbery I could dangle it by the whites. I ordered gluten free toast and the toast had gluten in it. I immediately ran to the bathroom after eating it. I asked the server to make sure they had given me gluten free toast. He didn’t even check with the chef. Just showed the order. I know it had gluten because I had immediate gluten belly. Cutsie atmosphere but not worth a special trip.

Delicious! I had the potato cake Benedict and a Bloody Mary while my husband enjoyed fried chicken pancakes. Everything was great! Adding to the review, we ordered deserts. Hazelnut brownie (gluten free/wheat free) and bread pudding for my husband. Yummm!
