Homemade gluten free buns are delicious! Considering it's basically fast food, its got great food, great atmosphere, and great service. 👍

We enjoy Schlotzsky's Gluten Free sandwiches and travel from Olive Branch, MS. to this Memphis location a few times a month. We have noticed on our trips that the same cashier (on each visit) isn't friendly.. Hey, she's not rude just indifferent so we deal with it. After all, we came to eat, not make friends with the cashier. Last Sunday on Oct. 21st., we dropped in for a visit at 3:35pm. They close at 4:00 on Sundays. The same cashier took our order. My husband wanted raspberry tea, she said she just dumped it, (?) okay. We got our sweet tea and sat down, then received our food. The cashier dumped the remaining tea at 3:45. We were not the only customers in the place and it wasn't even closing time. Our food has always been good, but this day I did not get what I ordered (mayo instead of mustard, no olives) the beef on my sandwich had a weird glaze look, with no taste. My husband's sandwich had a piece of ham on it about 3/4" thick. Guess they didn't have time to slice it. He could hardly bite into it. There were no towels in the bathroom, so had to dry hands with toilet paper. The cashier was sweeping around us at 3:50, while we were trying to eat. This was just a bad choice of days to go, for we have never had bad food at this location. I would give the rating a 2 star if I was basting it on the cashier every visit and bad food one time, but that would not be fair.
