Good crew, great experience. Looks so much cooler than online stuff when you watch it in person. Very accommodating for gluten free, used a different plate and different tools and everything. Even verified that all the ingredients I was using were gluten free.

What amazing ice cream with vegan and gluten free options. Vegan uses coconut milk. So tasty, I tried that one with chocolate drizzle. Not sure if the chocolate drizzle was vegan, but I was really only worries about excessive dairy intake.
This was gluten free as well so I was able to share with the person with Celiac Disease in my family.
The process to make the ice cream is pretty cool and fun to watch. A step up for marble slab presentation as Scoop n Roll rolls the ice cream up after pouring it thin over an ice slab.
