Score Pizza

Loved coming to this place. The gluten-free thin crust is excellent and the vegan cheese is melty and delicious. The staff are charming and welcoming, and I overall had a wonderful experience. Would recommend highly if you're looking for delicious thin-crust pizza in downtown Kitchener.

Dined at Score Pizza last night. Started out by asking what was in the gluten free crust and the staff had no idea. Then we ordered our food. They forgot my chicken but did give me over a cup of cold chicken to put it on it. They did offer to remake it but that would have taken another 1/2 hr. The toppings I had were sparse, as were the rest of my families. It took 1/2 hr to get my pizza and my husband and kids took 45 minutes. People that came after us received their food before us and one family was missing a pizza. They also call you up when clearly not all your pizza's are ready. Compared to the original Score Pizza in Kingston, this was very disappointing overall. They comped us with a free dip and they kinda apologized.

Costumer service was wonderful as they were so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable of their food products. Was looking for a celiac friendly/Gluten free/lactose/dairy free and they manage to have all available such as gluten free crust, taking preparation precautions, had vegan cheese as-well as goat cheese! You have the option to build your own pizza or pick their most favourites! I chose the Classic without the basil leaves and olive oil drizzle to make it more a traditional pizza. Had 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni which was my little customization. We also had the vegan pizza, k-town, spicy Hawaiian, BBQ chicken. ALL OF THESE PIZZA WERE AMAZING EVERYONE LOVED IT! Especially those who are non celiac/gluten free it was a success thank you Score Pizza I got 8 pizzas and paid 190 and some change was not so bad. Thank you once again! Highly Recommend :)
