I wish there was a 2 1/2 option because there really are many 5 star reasons and many one star reasons, so we will round up. Arrived on time for our reservation and to start off parking was confusing as all get out. Sign on the front said parking across street. It wasn't. It was around the block behind a church, but there are two lots across the street that ARE NOT for restaurant customers, be careful you do not get towed. Got to our table it is gorgeous even though it is only abou 1/3 finished in the courtyard. The courtyard itself is gorgeous, but the extension cords and unfinished walls are a wee bit distracting. After we we sat our drink orders were taken immediately but we did not see our server for 45 minutes. We did have three different people, (one of them our waitress) come by a combination of 5 times to tell us that they were telling someone before our server ever came bye to take our orders. When the server did finally come by to do so, they were apologetic, but hear, "this is f#%cking ridiculous," under your breath as you were leaving the table, was just that. Exactly what you were mumbling. When we finally put in our orders, we let our server know my wife was gluten free. Our server had no idea of what she was talking about. "You can't have potatoes because they are gluten right?" *Facepalm* At least I am pretty sure my wife was ok, I know I wasn't but thank Quob, I am not the one with the allergy. When the my Bride's lamb finally arrived she did say it was delicious. My salmon was delicious, but the sauce was completely broken on it. I do not care about presentation as much so it did not bother me, still tasted good. I think this place has potential, and I will try it one more time, but they need to address some issues.:
Train your staff to know your menu inside and out.
Teach them about food allergies
Communication between your host and servers NEEDS to be fixed (No-one was communicating with each other)
Finish construction
Do not send out a meal with a broken sauce
