This is one of those out of the way surprises. I’ve wanted to try their noodles for a couple of years and finally made it a point to ferry from Friday Harbor to Lopez on this trip. We had to get our order of Spicy Shio Ramen, one with chicken thigh and wheat noodles, one with pork belly and rice noodles (gluten-free option :) to go as we were limited on time and couldn’t afford to miss the 1 o’clock ferry. The noodles were perfect and even though both dishes had the pork belly, the pork belly was cooked to perfection. It was worth the trip! We will definitely return and next will stay there to eat. Keep up the good work!
