My fiancé and I had an Amazing time celebrating Valentine’s Day here!! Our server, Maria, was VERY kind, super attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu! She was able to offer amazing recommendations, and tell us about the gluten-free options. My fiancé had the gluten-free fettuccine alfredo with added grilled chicken, and it was the best gluten-free pasta she’d ever had! Admittedly, I also tried it and it was IMMACULATE!! I had the Pappardelle with Ragu Sauce and it was DELICIOUS! The Buffalo Mozzarella was something we’d recommend to ANYBODY, and the smoked Prosciutto was another thing we won’t pass up on our next visit! Great wine choices, and the Romeo and Juliet cocktails created for Valentine’s Day were both very tasty! I was able to sit at the bar before my date showed up, and Oscar made me a few drinks. They were PERFECT! Can’t wait to visit Sfoglina again!
