I celebrated my 25th birthday at Sfoglina for dinner and was so glad I did. We ordered the octopus and Caesar salad as starters. The octopus was incredibly flavorful with a hint of spice, but slightly overcooked. The Caesar salad was good, but nothing stand-out. My 72- Hour Braised Beef Short Rib was delicious- perfectly tender meat with a flavorful and satisfying sauce. Dessert was the standout of the meal - a strawberry sorbet that rivals any sorbet I’ve had in Italy. In terms of parking, there is a parking garage adjacent to the restaurant, and the restaurant does validate parking. Overall, I recommend Sfoglina for an upscale dinner or lunch with friends!

The best Gluten free pasta. I think the corn version is better than the rice. Be careful with the meatballs, they have bread crumbs in them. Good wines by the glass.
