My friends’ beloved spot that I finally got to try! I have to be gluten free and the server explained a good number of dishes that could be made GF which I super appreciate. Shared the twice cooked pork, cumin lamb and a-choy in garlic sauce and everything was delicious, the pork especially. I can’t imagine you can order a bad dish. So much flavor!

I ordered two cold skins, only to find out when I came back that there was no gluten and no chili oil. Is this also called cold skin? ? ? Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but this is how to eat Qinzhen Liangpi? ?
