Such delicious food! Allergy friendly, I'm allergic to gluten, dairy, egg and soy. Can barely find anything on this island or for people that care, even at the expensive nicer restaurants. The food trucks on this island seem to care more. Answered all my questions. No shared fryer, don't use cheap soybean oil. Falafel, rice and fries are gluten free. Beyond happy 😊 thank you!
