First and foremost, I have the acknowledge the manager there named Robert F. My girlfriend has both dairy and gluten allergies and he was so precise and thorough, continually checking to make sure what she ordered didn't contain those allergens. I truly appreciated him going way above and beyond. Both my girl and I were extremely thankful for his phenomenal service. Thank you, truly! 🙏

I’ve never seen someone hate their job as much as the lady taking my order at the register. I asked her some questions and she just said “I don’t know” and made no effort to find out. I had to push her to ask a colleague. Food was mediocre, below average for an airport burger. The gluten free bun was really dry and they did a poor job at spreading out the shack sauce. I had to ask for more, but the shack sauce came from cup and was cold from the refrigerator, which made my burger cold. See attached picture of a poorly made burger showing just a stripe of sauce sticking the peppers to the bun. This is the first time I’ve had Shake Shack in 20 years. Was looking forward to it. Not sure if I’ll ever go back after this experience.
