I did a late night Burger run. I go to shake shack because they have decent gluten-free buns. At the drive-thru I ordered a burger with their gluten-free buns. They asked me to pull up and park so I did. After waiting a few minutes they brought me out my burger and I asked them if they had remembered the gluten-free bun. The server looked and said oops, apologized and then took it back. A few minutes later and brought out the new one. He was very apologetic and, without prom thepting, comped me the burger with a $10 coupon. I don't know if this is Shake Shack's policy, but this sort of customer service is getting increasingly rare. I really appreciated it!
