The Gluten-Free waffle was amazing. I don't know how they did it but it was hands down the best waffle I have had, GF or regular. The service was wonderful as well.

Met some friends for lunch and was surprised at how amazing every dish was. I had the special, fresh ravioli filled with smoked chicken and cheese, and the entire thing was flavorful and there was a healthy portion. My wife and I shared a Chocolate Crème Brûlée and also loved that. We thought maybe it was a gimmick, but it was delicious. I live out of state so we won’t be back for a while, but Union is definitely a place that we’ve bookmarked and will return to. My friend had dietary restrictions and the menu is VERY friendly for that. The chef/owner is very aware of and caters to gluten free and other options, we were told there’s a separate cooking area for those dishes so no shared grills or oils. Parking was a little more interesting. There are a handful of spots on the side of the restaurant, but if you exit the roundabout at Union and continue down the street to the dead end, there are more spots down there. I got lucky and snagged the last open spot without having to drive around more.

Gluten free bun rocks. Good location and nice clean spot for fries and a quality burger. Definitely worth it as you can taste the difference of their quality, fresh ingredients. Love shake shack.

I love In and Out Burgers, have been eating their burgers for years so I was delighted when Castle Rock finally got our very own. The food and quality is consistently good! I really like the protein style burger, no dairy, gluten free, order without spread for a healthier version. Yum!
