Shake Shack Lehigh Valley Mall

Shoutout to Chris for making sure my friends gluten intolerance was taken very seriously. He kept checking up on us and gave my friend a refund (without her asking and she genuinely didn’t need/want one) when she ordered fries and learn she couldn’t eat them. He is very kind hearted 10/10 would recommend!

Food was great, hot fresh, delicious, the cooks take their job seriously and do their best and I thank them for the delicious meal as well as they sweet employees at the registers who had great customer service however when I asked the manager about gluten free options, he spoke to me like I was stupid. Trying to educate me on how he can't offer fully gluten free options because there's always a chance of cross contamination. As a mother with a 6 year old with celiacs, I want to know how big of a chance because chick fil a , in n out burger, Red Robin, chipotle and others are able to speak to me respectfully and inform me without offending me as well as provide food that doesn't make her sick so I inquired more details so hopefully add shake shack to that list but this manager was so full of himself that he couldn't help but take the opportunity to puff his chest out. I'm so disappointed.

It's a takeout burger place with a fastfood style dining room. There are burgers, chicken sandwiches and hotdogs on the menu. Food was good and they do take precautions for gluten free options
