Shake Shack Rochester Hills
Hamburger restaurant
This spacious, modern spot offers an airy yet slightly impersonal vibe with kiosks and a large open dining area. While gluten-free options exist, the lack of clear labeling and occasional confusion at the counter suggest a need for improved gluten-free awareness and service clarity.

Overpriced for what it is. Our order came out wrong and they were out of gluten / dairy free stuff. I was even offered a refund for what I didn't get. I won't be going back ....ever

Great gluten free options, great collab with hot ones. Wish the counter wasn’t as confusing.
