My daughter and husband came to this restaurant this evening. My teen daughter has celiac disease. They were at a soccer tournament close to town. They ordered a gluten-free pizza but ask them kindly if they could wipe off the counters, since my daughter truly has celiac disease. The person working the counter said he would have to talk to the manager. The manager said that they were too busy and that they couldn't clean up the area, in order to make her pizza. That's very disappointing. You shouldn't offer a gluten-free option if you are not going to back it up with an accommodation, to clean a counter.
