Came as part of a group of 15. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The service was terrific and surprisingly quick with how many people were in my group and the amount of other customers in the restaurant.
They had both a vegan menu and a gluten-free menu, which was fantastic. I love that there were 3 types of cheese, which is beneficial and most dairy-free cheese to choose from. It also noted that the cauliflower crust was not dairy-free, which most restaurants do not note. The vegan veggie pizza with gluten-free crust follow-your-heart mozzarella cheese was nice and hot when I got it. The crust was thin, which made it crisp but not hard like some gluten-free crust. Because the crust was not hard, it meant I was able to eat all of the crust and not waste the edge like most crust I have eaten.
This is definitely a new favorite.
What a gem! This is by far our best vegan find so far. And we have found many. The vegan bbq chicken pizza was AMAZING! Especially love that they use other small businesses, like the Jazzy Bs bbq sauce! They also have fresh baked good in house, including vegan and gluten free options. Only disappointing thing about this place, is it took me this long to find it. Can't wait to try other menu options. BRAVO!
Summit pizza I have say, has some absolutely amazing gluten free options for my Celiac girlfriend. We love coming to this place because they have really good food imo. However, over the last year, we’ve decided to order and pick up from the LS location instead of doing dine in most of the time. That has caused a lot of issues with our online orders. For example, we order the same thing every Saturday/sunday, every weekend for about a year. And they have not, ONE TIME, made the order correctly. I understand it happens sometimes, we are all human I get that. But these cooks must be blind because I have not had a single order be correct. We order the GF garlic bread, every single time I double check it, it’s gonna be cheese bread instead. Without a doubt in my mind these people will make your online order wrong. Same thing with the pizza. We get a GF Summit stockyard and half the time it comes out as a supreme pizza… 😂. It’s not like they get it right so it’s hard to give them grace at this point. Great food great people, but if you order online good luck getting what you ordered, you are gonna have to wait an extra 10-15 for your actual order.
This was the first time at a mellow mushroom, we chose here for the gluten free pizza as I have a medical condition. The service was top notch! Very friendly and helpful! He was very good with my special needs child as well!
The pizza was phenomenal!!!! It was the tastiest pizza I've ever had(my mouth is watering thinking about it!) their garlic butter sauce was the icing on the cake(or pizza!)
We sat outside and it was perfect. Nice and quiet. It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back! 10/10 recommend!
I love that they have so many gluten free options! I had my first pizza in over a year because I can never find a good gluten free pizza. It was AMAZING!! I'm also super impressed that when I told them I was gluten free, they brought me complimentary gluten free bread. I have never been in a restaurant with complimentary gf anything! I always have to skip the bread, so this was a rare treat. The server was friendly and efficient, very personable. The room was a bit loud at first, but we stayed and talked to our friends for a long time and it quieted down after the dinner rush was over. Perfect place for a double date and I'm so glad they didn't close! We will be back.
We tried Favazza’s around 1:30 p.m., so it wasn’t busy at all. Overall, it was just okay—an expensive, average experience. We started with the toasted ravioli, which was actually pretty good, nice, and crispy with a flavorful filling. For entrées, we had the manicotti, the pasta con broccoli with pink sauce, and the gluten-free shrimp with pasta, plus a dinner salad. Everything tasted fine, but nothing really stood out as exceptional, especially for the price.
We sat on the patio, which was unfortunately extremely loud—even with few people around, the noise echoed and made conversation difficult. Service was a real disappointment. Our waitress was not attentive and kept disappearing for long stretches, leaving us waiting for refills and check-ins.
In the end, it felt like we paid more than the quality and experience justified.
My family decided to give this place a chance even though we are vegan and gluten free. The wait was 2+ hours to be seated. When we were seated our table wasn't clean, it was caked with sauces and stuff. I cleaned our table and chairs and the cloth was nasty. We were hungry so we stayed, but we didn't get our food for another 1.5 hours. Luckily there was a bean bag toss to keep the kids (and let's be honest adults) busy. They ran out of crayons and coloring paper.
When the food finally came out, they had cross contaminated the vegan gluten free pizza with the non vegan pizza and my daughter and I got really sick.
Needless to say, if you have food allergies, don't go there. We learned our lesson the hard way.
Great gluten-free options! Thank you Wonderful server “Tarn” that went above and beyond to help us out with our specific food and dietary requests. Started with the bubble bar flight, then had the apple and fig salad, so good. Ended with the lobster and gluten-free Mac, but traded out the lobster for steak and it was delicious.
Hands down the best pizza crust I’ve ever had. My husband is gluten free, and they were great with his food allergy. The cauliflower crust was one of the bests he’s had.
Great food, service, and setting. I've never ordered anything that wasn't delicious (recommend the jerk chicken sandwich) and they have plenty of gluten free options. The staff seem to genuinely care about making you happy. I go every time I'm at the lake.

Absolutely outstanding all around. The best gluten free crust pizza we've ever had. They make it in house with rice flour and it holds up just like a hand tossed pizza should. Hospitality and service from Amy and Ali was second to none. We took Tiramisu and a Cannoli to go because they're gluten free too and oh my they are fantastic. We can't wait to come back!
We dined at Pizza Shoppe for their First Friday buy one specialty king pizza and receive a single-topping king pizza for free. Sign up for their email list to receive the monthly coupon.
Their gluten-free pizza is very good and their cold chopped salad with the "Pink Stuff" cannot be beat.

I ordered a gluten free pizza due to an allergy, and apparently they manually reenter the orders at this location. Sent me a pizza with original crust, and didn't appear to really care. Why you would offer allergen-friendly food, and then have someone manually override it by entering it into another system is beyond me. I'll stick to the SW Blvd location.
I had been craving a thick gluten free crust and hadn't found a good one anywhere until we tried here. Toppings are fantastic, and I had no cross contamination issues.
Highly recommend for gluten sensitive people!
Food is always great but unfortunately prices have skyrocketed. A Mini Mia used to be under $10. Now, a Mini Mia is over $12. Gluten free crust used to be a $1.50 surcharge and now it’s $2.50. Signing up to be part of the spin club used to get you a free Mini Mia but now signing up gets you $5 off your next visit. I get that inflation is a problem but consumers are now seeing corporations get greedy and raise their prices more than necessary. Less than a year ago, a Mini Mia was a little over $10. It’s incredibly disappointing.
Me and my husband had this for our baby free date night the other night. Had a gluten free Buffalo pizza and substituted the blue cheese for feta! And it was delicious! Cait our server was also very good at helping us! Will be visiting against

The pizza was good, no complaints about the taste but the price was pretty ridiculous. I ordered large gluten free pizza, with vegan cheese, arugula, green pepper, mushroom and artichoke and was charged $37. In my opinion the price was absolute outrageous for what I ordered. It should have been at least $10 cheaper. I appreciate the options that were provided but I will not be returning for an almost $40 pizza.
I mean, not bad!!! I wanna give 5 stars, but 4 will have to do. Some of the things looks a little old, and the buffet areas weren't always cleaned up fast enough.
I feel like in these sorts of places, we should have a kid are buffet, and an adult buffet. Germs reasons...
I will say that the pizza was pretty damn good. I didn't realize they had gluten free pizza choices! I realized when it was too late. I was stuffed already. But, for those gluten intolerant people, they have gluten free crust! So that was awesome☺️
I'll have to get those next time.
I had a great time playing the games. It was a good family fun kinda day.
What a beautifully decorated and Greek-food inspired restaurant. The ambiance for the day was light and refreshing. The food was incredibly delicious. My mom and on decided on pizzas. More importantly due to restrictions I had a gluten free one and it was amazing!! And to top it all off they also had a gf chocolate tart dessert that was to die for. The staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.
The workers here were outstanding. There were a couple ladies working their tails off waiting tables, filling drinks, making pizzas, etc. The service was fast and efficient. Pizza was hot and fresh, perfect thickness on the crust, the right amount of flavorful sauce, and the amount of toppings was spectacular. Not too much, but not scarce either. Highly recommend this pizza place!
We got a 17" pepperoni pinapple pizza and a gluten free pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeño pizza.
The Prime Cut pizza with BBQ sauce instead of the traditional marinara is exceptional and my wife really likes the Alfredo Chicken. A good gluten free crust is available.
Their vegan gluten free pizza with the cashew cheese is incredible - and that is a touch feat because you are working without pretty much all the main ingredients in pizza!
The new gluten free crust is not near as good and has to be undercooked or the edge burns which makes for a soggy crust. There was barely any toppings in the pizza and my salad was severely underdressed and I had asked for extra dressing. The pizza had to be remade. The place was messy and unkempt. A disappointing experience for a MOD.
One of the best restaurants we have been to in a while! Every single employee we interacted with was the sweetest, and several of them wished us a happy anniversary as they walked by. Everything we ordered was unbelievably good. I’d highly recommend the tempura cauliflower, chicken Saltimbocca, and half baked cookie dessert. Their gluten free menu is extensive and they are very knowledgeable. We already can’t wait to come back!!
Delightful! Minsky's is a Kansas City institution, and this is one of the best locations. Great food, excellent service, great place to watch the big game. Excellent gluten-free and dairy-free options.
About a year and a 1/2 ago we decided to go on a weekend trip down to Hannibal. And stumbled onto this restaurant while looking for gluten free pizza. Our pizza was so, incredibly delicious. And if they would have been open in the morning we would have stopped on our way from the hotel back home to pick up another one. In the intervening year every now and then we would think, Oh my god , we wish we had pizza from the brick oven. So, we got back there about ten months later, ate pizza and guess what? It was still super fab and now that I'm writing the review on it.I wish we had one right now.
Amazing gluten free pizza however the gf cheese bread sticks while tasted good were a tad bit dry and crunchier crust compared to the gf pizza. It tasted as if the gf pizza had cheesy end crust. I wish the gf bread sticks were the same way. (The appetizer)
Nocked 1 star off atmosphere because the TV wall had 1 crooked TV and drove my OCD crazy 😂
We were in the area for business and found Dewey's Pizza. It's a great little place with pizza, salads, and desserts. The pizza was great. I had a gluten-free pizza, and it tasted fantastic! The pizzas are made on site. We didn't have time to eat the salad and deserts, but I imagine they were great too, based on the quality of the pizza. The service was friendly and timely. The clientele was mostly business professionals (late lunch), but I had my family with me and my 2 year old grandson, and we didn't feel out of place. Overall, we had a great lunch and a great experience!
First time here and my mom and I really enjoyed it. She got a customized pie and I got the Dominic. The woman working even let me get both pesto and the fig glaze, which were delicious additions. With a small drink each we spent around $15 each, and the gluten free crust was one of the better ones my mom has had.
CELIACS BEWARE!
This is a warning for anyone who truly needs a gluten free option. My wife ordered GF pasta after thoroughly discussing her GF needs to the waitress. They brought my wife her food, and when she was about half way done...someone from the kitchen comes to the table and tells her to stop eating.
She had almost eaten her fill, of gluten. My wife doesn't have Celiacs, but she is very intolerant of gluten. It puts her in bed for 3 days and causes a depression for at least a week. I know there is no one person to blame, but "they" hurt her. It's hard, and scary, enough to dine out with GF allergies. It doesn't happen much for us, we carefully choose where and what we eat. This was more than a let down for us. With that being said, I've loved the food for decades. I won't eat there again, because they hurt my wife.
We love Sinclair's food selections and staff! They have great gluten free options and they're awesome. The gluten free carrot cake for dessert is the best! We actually drive from Raymore and buy a whole cake for the holidays! Sooo worth it! Thank you, Sinclair's, for years of great food, atmosphere and even live music on the weekends!
Excellent pizza... Theyve got gluten free and dairy free cheese options for people like me with bad digestive systems. 100 percent recommend. We've ordered every Saturday for the last 6 months. My only complaint is sometimes the thin crust pizza comes out burnt, and it's like instead of remaking it or getting another oven specifically for thin crust, they just go ahead and sell it and cross their fingers there's no complaints.
