About a year and a 1/2 ago we decided to go on a weekend trip down to Hannibal.And stumbled onto this restaurant while looking for gluten free pizza. Our pizza was so, incredibly delicious.And if they would have been open in the morning we would have stopped on our way from the hotel back home to pick up another one. In the intervening year every now and then we would think, Oh my god , we wish we had pizza from the brick oven. So, we got back there about ten months later, ate pizza and guess what? It was still super fab and now that I'm writing the review on it.I wish we had one right now.

The Brick Oven is our go to when we are in Hannibal. The pizza is the best pizza around. They make their own crusts and offer gluten free. The customer service is amazing. Ricky is a wonderful server and makes sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend The Brick Oven.

Pizza dough is house made and hand tossed. Impressive wine list for a small town(population 8000) restaurant. I come here for the gluten free crust pizza whenever I'm passing through Hannibal. 😋
