They have the gluten sensitive menu. I let the young lady know which was taking my order. she made sure to note my food, and she went to the back to let them know. My food came out a few minutes later than everyone else's, but he made sure that it had no bread, and he delivered a sealed pack of BBQ sauce to prevent possible contamination. The food was excellent. I had no issues afterwards. We will be returning.

Thank you so much for offering gluten sensitive options! Also available for gluten free option is a baked potato & green beans. :) Makes eating with my family so much easier & enjoyable.

Amazing BBQ! We have been trying out BBQs in the area and the variety of options drew us to Shane's (we've got a gluten sensitive family member). We got the chopped Pork Plate, the Cheese Baked Potato, Smoked wings and the Big Dad all were delicious and the portions were hefty. Definitely recommend the Lemon Pepper for the wings, it was the best we'd ever tasted. Also some of the best sweet potato fries, not greasy at all just crispy and flavorful. I think we have a new favorite BBQ place for PCB!
