Shantell's Just Until Restaurant & Lounge

If you enjoy soul food and live in, near, around, or close enough to Sanford, FL, you absolutely must go to Shantell's. We found this gem in her app that has a focus on finding gluten-free food. My wife doesn’t get the option to have delicious fried foods that are also GF. I got the fried chicken and she got the catfish. But me being a true-blue gluten eater, I can tell you this food was fantastic! Oh and you have to get a side of Shantell’s Sauce. 🤤 The staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. And we got to meet Shantell while we were there. The atmosphere was fun and creative too. This was our first time there. And it will NOT be our last.

Shrimp Po Boy was banging! Lemonade had a touch of vanilla and both the sweet tea and unsweet tea were the real thing. Radish sauce was delicious, fries were skin-on and great. They also had gluten-free, cornmeal-battered chicken tenders for my gluten-intolerant partner; they were juicy and perfectly seasoned. Visited with three other very Southern folks and they found their dishes to be amazing. Get the Shrimp and Grits! They were picture perfect and Southern momma-approved. 💯 So glad I decided to stop by.
