Shelby Lynns Cake Shoppe

When our newly engaged couple wondered about arranging a cake, Mom came out to Arkansas from Arizona to help with arrangements. We searched online for a small, local bakery and found Shelby Lynn. We went to the store to make the arrangement and were amazed at the dedication, creativity and professionalism shown by Shelby Lynn. She asked pertinent questions about the engaged couple's wants, needs and background. Our couple had gotten engaged during the total eclipse, so Shelby Lynn sketched a concept based on that story. This bakery makes every aspect of the cake, right down to filling, from scratch, in house. Every cake type we tasted was phenomenal! Ultimately we chose a layer cake with carrot, white, and chocolate. The filling on the white cake was lemon-raspberry (i.e. "hummingbird") and Oreo filling on the chocolate cake. She even provided a gluten free cake because we had several gluten intolerant guests. The delivery person was delightful and helpful, and Shelby-Lynn even loaned us a cake plate! It was a flawless experience!

Baked a gluten free cake for my daughter's bday and it was amazing!
