Sherpa Garden Restaurant & Bar

We looked forward to trying this restaurant out for lunch do to the many options. The menu was clearly labeled with gluten free and vegetarian dishes. We entered a warmly decorated restaurant but chose to dine outside on patio on a warm fall day. Our server was cheerful and answered our questions. Things started well with our papadams which were light and flavorful server with two sauces. Then we also had a delicious dahl soup! We ordered the shrimp tiki masala and lamb jal frezi and were excited to try based on how good the food was until now. The shrimp tiki masala was lacking flavor in the sauce. The lamb was not tough but not tender at all and the sauce despite the menu describing it to have many flavorful spices was lacking any distinct flavor. We will possibly try them again as maybe it was an off day and we really want to like it and support a small business.

Delightful! Simply delightful! The food was wonderful and so fresh! The momos were extremely tasty, the pakora was next level and the Tibetan noodles were sublime! Our server was totally awesome and helpful. She made all the adjustments for dietary restrictions. Vegan, gluten free, etc. were no problem. The interior was spotless and beautiful. I would recommend this place for any occasion. I would give it 6 stars if that were possible.
