Siam Dish Thai Cuisine

I ordered pad thai through skip the dishes the other night and there was a little bit of a mix up in the request I made. I first have to say that it is truly one of the best and thai in Burlington!! I am also gluten free and it is completely gluten free. Upon calling the restaurant to talk about the misunderstanding in my dish, the owner himself was apologetic and came to my house to deliver a new dish. He was extremely polite and apologetic but showed so much care. During these times of a pandemic I can especially appreciate the extra care put into food being prepared. We love ordering takeout from here but we went in to dine and I am so glad we did!! The food was amazing fresh and bright with vibrant flavours. We had beef pad Thai and pineapple curry ... The curry was so tasty!!! I wish I took pics but I forgot my phone! Will be going back to try more. Great selection of dairy/free and gluten free dishes!! The service was fantastic, our server was sweet and attentive and just easy to talk to. Thanks guys!! 6 stars!
