Yesterday, October 15, I went to the store at 1:56 p.m. (Closing time 2:00 p.m.), there were 2 people, one was being attended to and the other was waiting. As I entered, the clerk told me that he was only going to serve those 2 people. I tell him that it is not to drink anything, just buy some gluten-free product if he has it..... He tells me that he does have it but that he was no longer going to serve me, that it was only for the 2 people who were there. I understand that the closing time must be met, but it was not yet. Anyway, as I told you... don't worry, you won't help me now or ever!!!!

I am a celiac, and while searching for gluten-free places in Pamplona with Google Maps, this one came up, its main name is Singlu Caprichos. Well, be careful, it is a bit misleading. It is not a bakery dedicated to gluten-free products, it offers you 3-4 options, but the vast majority of products are gluten-free: bread, pastries... When I went, the gluten-free options available were a cheesecake (non-vegetable), a donut, some equivalents of fosquitos, and muffins, all in plastic bags (for cross-contamination). There are bakeries dedicated exclusively to gluten-free products, but if you are not one of them, you should not label yourself “SinGlu Caprichos”…

The cake is the worst thing I have had in 7 years of being on a gluten-free diet. The pastries, however, were delicious. The service was good although the waiter didn't have much of an idea since he told us that the cake had cheese and what it had was a layer of sugar. Almost 15 euros for 3 pieces of that cake.
