As someone who eats gluten-free, dairy-free foods due to sensitivities and allergies, the customer service was excellent for ensuring that precautions were made. Not only that, but they basically had the best tamales I’ve ever had.

Being the only place near our gate we saw tacos and hoped for the best! We got a taco salad, guacamole and chips. I'm pretty sure nothing gets cooked here. Guacamole is super bland. The chicken was flavorful but that's about it. They put our tortilla on the side to make it gluten free for someone I shared with and it was literally fried to death at some point and cold, deeming it inedible. We asked for no sour cream in the salad and it looked like the scoop of sour cream was scooped out to make this happen. Again leading me to believe nothing is actually cooked here. The salsa was also gross that came in prepackaged. We ate as much as we could (if we would have eaten more we would've gotten sick) but will go on our next flight (7hrs) pretty hungry unfortunately. The chips for chips and guac were also fried to death.
